As educators, we can play an important role in bringing about the joy of learning through our lessons. How can we enhance our delivery of content to promote enjoyment and intrinsic motivation in learning amongst our students?
In this session, Dr Muhammad Nazir Bin Amir will share how educators can make use of Relevant, Appealing and Personal (RAP) pedagogical framework to motivate and engage students in learning. Using case studies, Dr Nazir will demonstrate how considering RAP principles can move students from 'having to learn' to 'wanting to learn'.
